Abstract

The paper analyzes the strategic management's dealing with the complexity of business, which is becoming increasingly important at all levels and requires a process of continuous improvement. It discusses the need for a certain level of consensus with the ownership structure as well as employees so that the implementation of the strategy is not overloaded and the desired innovations envisaged by the strategy are not stifled in their infancy. The strategy is a kind of organizational
roadmap in which priorities and dependencies are identified, without excessive limitations, so that the process of creating the roadmap is more important than the results. Without a commitment to human resource development, it is not possible to ensure strategic goals and sustainable solutions for the desired growth of the company.
