Abstract

In order to protect arable land from erosion, floods, inadequate irrigation, construction and infrastructural networks undermining, it is necessary to apply the environmental laws of the law on spatial planning, as well as the use of environmental instruments by management. The management of the company that manages arable land prepares internal documents, which ensure the planned use of arable agricultural land.This paper presents the morphological, geological and pedological characteristics of the soil, assesses the environmental pollution and the state of the environment in Nević Polje. Attention is focused on the quality of water and forest resources, and companies, roads that burden the environment. In addition to all the above, land management is presented, which is covered by a series of measures and the introduction of monitoring, as well as the application of environmental instruments, which brings with it quality management and ISO standards.
