The quality system encompasses a number of activities aimed at the conception, design, provision and realization of the required quality. Activities related to quality realization, in the product creation phase, begin by researching, defining and monitoring the realization of planned quality. This involves defining and defining quality identification procedures in all segments of the product creation process. An integral part of the activities in the quality system is the creation of documentation that ensures efficiency in the realization of the expected quality. The project documentation in the quality system stems from the established quality policy: quality rules, quality system procedures, quality guidelines, quality records. Our period is characterized by general activity in the field of quality, which due to our nominal weaknesses is conditioned more by the influence of the environment than by self-awareness. Quality management in the conditions of a miniature quality system is conditioned by the automation of information processing. The strategy of the enterprise-higher education institution for quality is conditioned and depends on many factors, and in addition, each company, school and college has its own specifics, which influence this strategy of automation of the quality management system.
