Abstract

The paper defines the concept of instructive work and compares definitions in methodologies and publications in this field. It is pointed out on the need, importance and legal regulation of teaching and instructional activity. Modernization and rationalization of the instructive work is related to the forms, contents and working methods of the driving school. In this regard, the division of jobs is suggested in order to rationalize the use of specialized personnel and experts in the field of training of candidates for their training in motor vehicle management and traffic safety. A modern organized and rationally focused driving school presupposes the need to use economical forms of training of all employees of the driving school for the accomplishment of program tasks. The concluding part presents suggestions for a more rational work and a more modern organization of teaching - instructive activities.
