Abstract

The paper investigates how advanced technologies for managing business systems contribute to social responsibility and sustainability, in a globalized business context, with a special focus on the work of public administration, on the example of the real estate cadastre of the Republic Administration for Geodetic Property Legal Affairs. The paper analyzes the impact of the implementation of information and communication technologies on the optimization of the use of resources and the improvement of working conditions, and shows the positive impact of its implementation, through operational efficiency and transparency of work. The results of the work show that the implementation of information and communication technologies encourages and supports developed business sustainability strategies, indicating long-term effects for society, where technological innovations along with educational human resources are key to the improvement of sustainable business systems
