Abstract

Our paper aims to point out the necessity of implementing the concept of open learning as a logistical subject in the implementation of teaching. Today, it initiates the application of modern information and communication technologies in al social spheres, including education. The motive of this research is the need to point out the advantages of introducing paradigms of open learning and distance learning, as segments of the project of reorganization of the higher education system in all countries. The results of the organization of this model are reflected in the racionalization of the teaching process, better scientific content and the significant role of new knowledge in improving human activities.
