Abstract

Bosnia and Herzegovina, as one of the less developed transitional countries, has been dealing actively with trading on the international capital markets. The Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SaSe) and Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BISe) as its representatives have achieved the average trading result, having in mind their capacities. There are optimistic expectations for the future, since Bosnia and Herzegovina could have respectable financial market, relative to the size of its economy and its economic development. Having in mind that the Covid-19 pandemic slowed down its economic growth, there is a question whether its capital market will recover in near future. By perceiving all necessary information, the paper concludes that the recovery is possible if we implement a redesigned economic policy regarding current financial markets, including the capital market
