By pointing out the social responsibility that is being achieved by maintaining good relationships not only with consumers but with everyone interested in business operations, it is pointed out to the main goal of the research. This paper seeks to investigate the degree of contribution of the company's quantum and quality of life, as well as the common characteristics of all companies that include reputation, cost reduction and strategic goals of the company. The results of the research are reflected in identifying the potential of a combination of socially responsible activities that the enterprise chooses by defining its own social responsibility strategy. Given that corporate social responsibility should be an essential value, companies should integrate the goals of social responsibility into their mission and overall work objectives, as social action and environmental protection measures are considered essential components in assessing the company's overall future performance. The significance of the research results confirms the fact that companies that seriously understand social responsibility can improve their business reputation and operational efficiency by simultaneously reducing their exposure to risk and encouraging loyalty of innovativeness
