Abstract

In the information age, we have a progressive use of e-learning, both due to a reduction in the cost of education, and from improving student learning outcomes. Rare are institutions that have a developed strategy for the introduction of e-learning, and because of this there is little effect of teaching via the Internet. In order to achieve significant results in students by e-learning, it is necessary to have a strategy and to comply with applicable standards, in particular ISO / IEC standards that prescribe all elements of e-learning.
