Abstract

Global challenges faced by governments, scientific research institutes and individuals in the modern world, as well as the great importance of education and different forms of acquiring knowledge, skills and necessary qualifications impose obvious and urgent need for a critical consideration and review of educational systems that exist in most countries in the world, in terms of asking and looking for an answer to the question: How do you establish priorities in education for sustainable development? In education, distributed learning environment represents such an approach that combines a number of technologies in order to enable the performance of activities and interactions both in disinhrone and in real time learning models. In this paper, it is shown that the concept of sustainable technological and economic development requires innovated educational programs that are consistent with the development strategy, which means that more and more attention must be focused on education in product and process management in terms of their environmental ethics harmonized designing. It is pointed out that environmental ethics for engineers is shown as required course for the education of young technologists, whose difficult managerial activity at all levels of production is waiting ahead. This education includes ethical and aesthetic education for the reduction of pollutants in the production process along with minimizing the consumption of materials and recycling orientation with the application of modern technological solutions.
