Stocks trading, requires sound knowledge which includes accounting and technical analysis as wel as competent usage of IT systems. The knowledge of stocks trading and the dangeres which it can bringis is complex. The learning process is continuous and it is necessary to continuously monitor the news about the stocks we have in portfolio, to study financial reports and the reports on the product success in the market, to do various analyses so that it is possible to predict future trends. Being informated about the market and a particular stock ensures that we do not fall victim of manipulation by financial specialists who are tradingon stock exchange. In the accounting area the fundamental indicators tell us about the revenue trends of a company, whether it is profitable, what is its position in relation to its competitors, ehether it can repay its short-term and long-termliabilites, whether the accounting books are being cooked etc. Tehnical analysis deals with market trends,using mathematicaltools and IT programming, all with the purpose of predicting future pricing trends and taking into accountthe fact that the market reacts to new informationwith delay. The main goal of these activities and skills is to protect investitors from the potential financial loses.
