Motivation and a wide range of eco-education enables the synthesis of the necessary knowledge, skills and habits from the natural and social sciences. Subject of this paper is theoretical approach to motivation system of employers (proffesors) wich is one of the key preconditions for accomplishment sucsesfull motivation of students, as and a role of lider in process of motivation with reference to his karacteristics. True the empirial part of the paper we will reasearche stands of professors and students with next questions: personal communication, curriculum, sadisfaction and succes in the work and studies. To have succesfull rewarding system we need to establish system of motivation. Motivation is in different places of teaching structure, from individuals who learns from immediateandwider environment wich can directly or indirectly to influence on the process of education and advancing of individuals. Special emphasis will be given to the conference site, scope and role of informatics and information technologies in eco-education and professional education in the field of eco-security, as well as the correlation with other sciences, both natural and social, particularly the sciences of education. It is designed to view and analytical review of the state of education with consideration of eco-awareness and motivational factors, but also the contribution of technology and information technology eco-education continuously and at all levels. Because of our huge intrest, we tried to discover wich is role of leader in the educational organizations, wich karacteristics, wich still is the best for motivation of employers and wich will have the best results at students. The Society's goal is to assist educational institutions by pointing out the specifics of the importance of motivating factors on professors and students in the field of ecology and environmental protection
