Abstract

Because of it’s specifics railway has special conditions for workers before starting to work as well during working contract. There are manuals 655 and 646 for such conditions. This paper analyzes these conditions for executive personel. Executive personel on railways maintains competence only fullfiling conditions: completed regular qualifications check and medical exam, if needed completed extramural qualifications and medical check, and professionally improvement. Fullfilling these conditions greatly affects safety on rails and safety of railways personel directly involved in rail traffic. Conditions are specific for different works.
