Abstract

The project is a series of activities leading to the achievement of a particular goal. For the realization of any project in practice there are variants of making the decision and a decision on the best solution. This process can best be displayed optimization methods. The general approach to the optimization methods is based on the formation of an appropriate mathematical model of a real problem that is being addressed. The mathematical model is used for carrying out the necessary analyzes on the basis of which we can get the answers in relation to the problem of study. On the basis of conducting experiments on the mathematical model must be concluded that the best solution and it propose to decision-makers to implement it in practice
