Neurodiplomacy and neuroeconomy represent new scientific disciplines involving a large number of related academic fields in social sciences, politics, psychology, neurology and communicology. Identification procedures are using methods and techniques of neurosimulation at the cognitive, affective and conative levels. Implementation of modern procedures in neurodiplomation perceptions of the public are carried out during the appearance of diplomatic representatives in a country or in international conferences. During diplomatic communication and negotiation, mimicry and diplomatic deception can be recognized, which is achieved by recording brain responses. This is also applied in political activities. Neuroeconomics is a dynamic and perspective research area that incorporates the concepts of economics and social psychology with neuroscience in an effort to properly understand the economic decision-making process. Models and decision making mechanisms of relevant country entities and company management are covered. Neuro-sonal techniques and brain imaging tools in the process of making economic solutions, such as electroencephalogram (EEG) or functional magnetic resonance (FMR), are available. It is incomprehensible that neurodevelopment and neuroeconomy are innovative scientific concepts in the function of European integration of each state, as well as of the countries of the Western Balkans.
