Abstract

Receptivity and problematization of traffic management system, generated complexity and impactivity development processes resulting in the transport system requires appropriate systems approach strategic planning overall purpose of development of countries in transition. Traffic management system is viewed through the prism of the highest sense of purpose, which means that with the help of systems considerations and systematic methodological approach wanted to suggest a principle of motion and the ultimate goals and objectives of the underlying themes. Particularly emphasizes the affirmation of the fact that traffic systems with well established business processes accelerate the system performance, reduce an inherent entropy of the system, reduce costs, increase the quality of output and increase traffic convergence. A possible outcome of the research is an attempt to answer questions influence of integrative management potential of the transport sector to the development of a society in transition.
