Abstract

Since the functioning of the new time society is based on information and knowledge, also in traditional forms of banking changes are occured. These changes are visible in the form of new technologies within bank systems. Traditionally banking is present in developing countries, while most developed countries have long been their banking business relied on the knowledge, information, innovation and new technologies. Traditionally banking involves a large number of employees who can provide services to clients only if the clients are physically present at the bank. Implementation of information and communication technologies in the bank, in the first place, aims to achieve customer satisfaction. Mobile Banking allows executing transactions via portable computers (laptops), the personal digital organizers (PDAs) and mobile phones.
