Abstract

Contemporary risks and challehges threats associated with strong and very powerful globalization processes.Globalizatione affects both the individuals and the society, the state, the people and the nation, its economy, politics ,judiciary, culture, education sports, etc It carries a risk of severel secutity threats and challenges to global regional and local level. The biggest challenge is to establish a consensus of political leadership that has to act together, all in the interest of the entire state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. One of the most important components that have to be aligned with EU standards is also the judiciary. Our country still faces a long and demanding journey for fulfilling all the conditions for joining the European Union, which we hope to succeed in overcoming.
