Abstract

In this paper, the authors analyze the necessity of changing the business philosophy in the future, especially from the aspect of the impact of the global pandemic. The events on the global economic scene in 2020 pointed to the need to pay more attention to organizational characteristics, such as creativity, flexibility, coordination, emotional intelligence, etc. The main factor that determines the new model of organization management is knowledge. Companies coming from countries in transition have in most cases been caught by this type of economic crisis. The greatest chance for improving the business of companies from countries in transition is faster and more comprehensive application of knowledge-based management methods and techniques.
