Abstract

A business crisis is a transient, unplanned and undesirable condition that can jeopardize or completely disable business and development opportunities. It is quite clear that the crisis caused by the COVID - 19 virus pandemic is more than a global health threat. In order to reduce the negative impact on business in times of crisis, crisis management is imposed as an almost inevitable management tool in business systems. The basic tasks of crisis management in the crisis caused by the COVID - 19 pandemic are fast, efficient and effective action with possible activities aimed at protecting the health of participants in business processes, and reducing or eliminating negative impacts on normal business processes.This paper describes the activities that crisis management carries out in the planning, organization, implementation and control of business processes in a pandemic COVID-19 with certain indicators in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
