Abstract

Information is often synonymous njanja. We believe that we know something about when we can by and large enough to talk to us and none of the listeners do not contradict. However, although the usual meaning of the phrase ,, full of knowledge', scientists do not consider knowledge. For a scientist is all knowledge always refers to ration the future. Knowledge is the product of information, which are in the new century all around us and a resource priority over other resources. OtoDom I created a new program I thought, information and software tools, which help us to focus information, organize and make them available. I develop new trends in philosophy, science, as well as information and opinion. Syntagma, "the government information of the situation" comes to the fore in the 21st century
