The role of organizations in realizing their career plans is unquestionable. There are a number of models and content through which it is done. Enriching a work is one of the possible approaches and models. Work has a starting point in Hackman-Oldham's theory of motivation and enrichment of work. Based on the critical relationship to this theory and then contributing to the focus of existing knowledge on the career development of employees, they try to find their cause-and-effect relationship and condition. This research seeks to highlight the possibility of creating greater employee satisfaction through enrichment of work, which directly influences the quality of the work done and the more efficient managing of the organization. Enhanced jobs are a direct boost to career development. As a contribution of the author, the paper presents a model of successful career management through the enrichment of jobs. She wants to point to the importance of career management as an element of human resources management, the primary resources of contemporary organizations. Their sustainability in turbulent and uncertain market conditions, especially in transitional conditions, is an attractive and underdeveloped area.
