Abstract

When we summarize globally today’s business environment, we can conclude that it is full of a positive competition. It is very important for business entities to comply with the relevant legal provisions in business, as well as to form a positive business environment. This is for the reason that in this manner they ensure market stability, primarily in avoiding the consequences of irresponsibility through their consistent application of legislation, as well as through maintaining good working relationships. In working relationships, business entities as well as individuals undertake certain obligations, including their responsibility of any potential damage that would be caused to any individual or legal entity.
