Abstract

Creativity is a mental process involving the creation of new ideas, concepts or solutions to problems, and new links between existing ideas and concepts. It is represented in all age groups and in all cultures. This creative potential is within every human, more or less. Creativity is a dynamic phenomenon, human phenomenon that refers to the ability. This paper is explaining the difference between creativity of innovation and function of innovation in organization (company). Creativity is tem which is used for activities of creation of new ideas, approaches and activities while innovation is process of creating and applying creative ideas at certain context. Innovation is considered every intervention that reduce input, that is, productions and administration costs, increasing productivity or utilization of equipment or time, quality of products or services is improving, improved security and safety, reduces spoilage of goods, improves placement, every measure which leads to increased competitiveness.
