Economic growth and development of the country largely depends on the economic sectors of trade and transport. Trade and traffic are the branches that are closely linked and dependened of each other. If the economy of the country is developed then such economic development impact the development of transport and vice versa. Initially trade was based on the mutual exchange of goods, but later appeared money. Forms of payment have changed over time so today the most common form of payment is card payment. Technology development, and application of such knowledge in the economic branch of trade, resulted in the emergence of new forms of commerce - mobile commerce. Since it is in the nature of man an innate need not to be hampered and restricted, so the mobile telephony has experienced great growth because it has enabled user conversation with anyone, at any place and at any time. Estimates are, that mobile commerce for similar reasons, could achieve a very big success. There are many applications of mobile commerce, which can achieve success in road traffic and allow traffic flow with less waiting time and less congestion.
