Abstract

The subject of this paper is to show the theoretical approach to motivation of employees (professors-assistant), which represents one of the key prerequisites for a successful  student motivation. Through the research part of the paper we have studied the attitudes of  professors-assistants and students in terms of: interpersonal communication, curriculum, as
well as their satisfaction in work and learning. In order to have successful results and learning  we need to establish an adequate system of motivation. Motivation is in different places of  teaching structures and it is of great importance to the training courses because it can affect  the other factors that are unavoidable in the teaching process. Motivated professors would  more adequately transfer knowledge on the students, and students would be easier to learn and
they will be more successful in faculty. If there are motivated students of the Faculty of traffic  they will acquire adequate knowledge and competence in the field of traffic and thus affect on  the improvement of traffic and transport infrastructure, traffic safety, and they will observe  and implement the modern trends of traffic.
