Road traffic is the oldest form of transport, and often the most accessible, we share it on domestic and international. Development of traffic influenced the formation of legal norms which are regulated relations between those who provide transport services and those who use them. Agreements regulate rights and obligations. Bespoke can transport passengers, baggage and belongings. For failure, incorrect or incomplete fulfillment provides for the liability. Obligations road transporter are: transportation of goods, receipt of goods, loading of goods, issuing waybill, execution of transportation, disposal of goods by customers, delivery of goods.
