Planning, Managing and projecting a transport system (especially intelligent transport system) signifies an extremely complex task. The large number of traffic and transport parameters is characterized by uncertainty, subjectivity, unprecision, and multisense. Every day the dispatchers, drivers, fly controllers, operators, passengers, engineers and planners are using subject knowledge, approximately known values and/or linguistic information in the decision making process. At the beginning of the 21th century the traffic experts agree that the growing problems of traffic and transport processes are not possible to be solved without the usage of the global concept and technology of ITS (Intelligent transport system). Intermodal transport is a form of technology where the transport of goods takes place using two modern and appropriate means of transport, from two different traffic branch, where one means of transport along with its cargo became a burden other conveyance sredstvuiz other traffic branch, provided that the transport process takes place between the convicts were least two states. As the intensity of traffic and number of means of transport there is a need for a higher level of time alignment of all processes in intermodal transport.
