Abstract

Public transport can be performed as a transport in Regular and occasional road transport. Public transport can be performed by legal entities registered for this activity. Public transport, except for regular public transport passengers, may carry a physical person who has a solution for the performance of the transport issued by the competent body on whose territory physical person has a head office or residence in accordance with the Law on trade and other regulations, provided that it is his main activity. In addition to the myriad of problems faced by companies that are involved in transport and great age of the vehicle, and a small number of new and modern vehicles . However, in addition to the specified quality of service is the dominant objective of providing transport services. In this work, in addition to the quality of service in public transport and make reference to ISO standards related to road (road) vehicles in order to improve, safety and cost- effectiveness in this area.
