Abstract

A motor vehicle is a necessary part of the modern world and its gasses emission significantly influences the environment. The heavy metals in motor vehicle exhaust have bad health influence, directly or indirectly. Besides this global atmospheric changes are also occurring. Aim of this research is to determine to which extend the heavy metals from motor vehicle exhaust, primarily lead steams, affect the environment pollution, e.i. the affect it has on people and vegetation. The research will be done on motor vehicles using road from Split to Trogir, Monday to Friday, from 14.00 to 16.30 hrs. Scientific methods to be used are analysis, synthesis and statistical methods
