This paper is an attempt to investigate in more detail the oxidative condensation process, as this would confirm the process of the formation of the S-N bond and also to determine more favourable reaction conditions. This interpretation of the formation of S-N bond benzothiazolyl dyisulfide and morpholine reaction has not been described in the literature and it is in accordance with the new interpretations of S-N bond. Within Experimental research in the process of defining manufacture benzothiazolyl-2-sulpheno morpholide, waste water and waste water quality were researched, as well as the given
solution to view of their toxicity, effects on environmental pollution and a technological treatment in order to safely discharge waste water into natural water-flows. Given that this research is based on accelerators (accelerators) to produce a rubber mixture that is also used for tire production, these studies are contribution to green-chemical principles of industrial
production, which in the future has to be based on the socalled green engineering (design of chemical processes with an awareness of the environment).
