In a number of cases in the course of criminal proceedings following accidents is difficult to reach an adequate sanctioning perpetrators of crimes in the area of endangering traffic safety. The whole process and the final decision of the court on the implementation of the initial actions prove s that the place of the crime. A crime scene investigation is the base for determining the mode of occurrence and causes of accidents, but it must be done without mistakes, in fixing time on the site of a traffic accident shortly after it occurred. If fully completed incorrectly and conduct of inquiry deficiencies can not be remedied subsequently conducted evidentiary actions. Because of this major role in carrying out proper and complete site investigations have authorized officials who are supposed to be highly qualified and who often carry large numbers of inspections, and given the established practice that the investigation goes prosecutor, only when it comes to traffic accidents, with fatal conequences.This paper will show the importance and great role properly performed the crime scene and the recorded parameters collected at the crime scene for further proceedings to adequately address and sanctioning of participants in a traffic accident.
