Abstract

In the era of postmodernism, modern social relations are permeated with multidimensional directions of action, and it is not a rare phenomenon that they are conditioned to a significant extent by conflicts of interest. When this uproar is over and when all this is connected, the world organizations will look like wrecks, which few will believe. Political struggle is a field of social activities in which legal and illegal forms of "struggle" are present in order to achieve political, military and other goals. Since in most societies the mass media are in the hands of the ruling class, that class uses them to "shape consciousness", i.e. manipulation. However, much more needs to be asked about science, profession and ethics, this time it was missing, wasn't it? In this coauthored work, the responsibility of the professional and academic community, which deals with the study of NHB dangers, is highlighted based on the current tendency of society to underestimate the security importance of bioterrorism and its possible consequences.
