We are witnesses of daily noncompliance with traffic regulations and rules by all road users. Most of them are probably not even aware of the degree of value of this non-compliance, as well as the consequences that can arise as a result. Also, there are some noncompliances that are given less importance by the responsible and authorized officials. This paper will give some basic examples of non-compliances and the possible consequences of those non-compliances
