Abstract

Investment analysis looks at different methods of evaluating investments, industrial sectors, and economic trends. Investment analysis provides a review of certain past returns for the purpose of predicting future performance, selecting the type of investment best relevant to the needs of the investor, or evaluating individual securities such as stocks and bonds to determine their risks, potential returns, price movements, and the like. The business plan, as an instrument of investment policy, primarily analyzes the capabilities and development possibilities of the investor, determines the overall assessment of the investment project with a preliminary analysis of the details of the activities related to the possibilities and method of feasibility and the dynamics of the works. In view of this, the business plan as a document that represents business monitoring, identification of business problems and maintenance of the business project on the desired path towards the achievement of set business goals, has a very significant role in investment policy.
