Abstract

The complexity of the international system always opens up space for small and medium-sized countries to protect the success of a country depends on specific circumstances and on the skills of the country (organization, focus, connection, external support and more), as well as from many other elements of the given case. The best an illustration of this is the European Union. Subject to successful internal adaptation to membership in the EU, which is the "acquis communitaire" application, i.e. in an even broader sense, "Europeanization" to EU policies, and through it to relations in the international community. In new for Europe, size is no longer equivalent to power
