Abstract

More than a year ago, no one could have even imagined that a man’s life would change in every way. With the outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic, there were numerous changes in all areas of human activity, including the business world. In many companies, there has been a decrease in business transactions, which leads to a decrease in operating revenues and the end result is the inability to meet financial obligations. The biggest problem was the payment of salaries to employees, but the state recognized the potential danger in time and introduced measures to preserve jobs. In this way, it ensured that human resources within the company remained secure throughout the pandemic. In the last few years, new organizational forms have emerged, which was especially evident in 2020, because if the company does not adapt to a dynamic environment, it will be difficult to survive in the market.
