Transport and handling of hazardous materials is a very complex and risky process and it is necessary that all safety requirements are met in advance in order to minimize this risk. Transport of hazardous materials in organizational and technical terms is a constant and continuous danger to all who come into direct or indirect contact with hazardous materials. That is why the international system of relations in the organization and technology of transport and handling of hazardous materials is regulated, and all subjects and individuals who participate in that chain must adhere to it. International regulations form the basis for the normative management of these affairs and processes. Knowledge of the rules of work and procedures, regulations and other important elements, ie professional training of personnel handling hazardous materials is one of the prerequisites for reducing risk in the process and adequate education of logisticians handling hazardous materials is necessary.
