The aim of this paper is to scientifically consider the resources as a source of financing for companies necessary for optimal functioning in the observed environment. Entrepreneurial management must adeqately manage the corporate structure and resources for the implementation of business strategies. The motive of the research is the consider the basic postulates in order to provide a competitive advantage in the domestic and international markets. In addition to traditional financing models, it results in the use of securities and leasing in particular. The social significance is reflected in the representative engagement of financial resources in the context of enterprise development and the prospetity of the wider community. This is manifested by positive numerical indicators, which are determined and verified by auditing the business by authorized institutions.
