E-marketing since people are mostly at home and get information mostly through the Internet.Although in the European Union there is research on the Internet as a source of information and the use of e-marketing, in Bosnia and Herzegovina there is no research, so we conducted a survey. The results showed that most tourists use the Internet as a source of information when traveling, and from social networks Booking, especially those belonging to the younger age group, then believe that today during the pandemic e-marketing is used more and most should travel during the pandemic. Thus, the Internet is becoming the dominant source of information for tourists and classic marketing is being replaced by e-marketing.
