In the paper entitled, key attention is focused on the most important issues of the genesis, development phase, and the difficulties through which the European Union has been faced with for almost past seven decades, and its undoubted influence on international legal, political and economic relations.Although in the mentioned period of political, legal and economic conditions in Europe and the world more than once experienced the changes, the motive for European integration has remained valid. The Union continued to follow two objectives: the medium to provide a better life for the citizens of the Member States and the long term to unite Europe by creating not only economic but also political-legal unions, intended to promote European unity as a key factor and the factor for prevention of future conflicts in Europe, which is the essence and objective of the European project. From the previous statements it is clear that the result is a new type of political and legal system on which it is based, the European Union is characterized by a high degree of complexity. In addition, the European Union is a new form of transnational system and connection with each EU member state has much more than a mere extension of foreign policy. Also, current challenges and solutions lead to a situation where Economic and Social Integration constantly proves the need for all narrow political and coherent EU in its supranational political and legal system.
