The living world (man, animal, plant) consists of a large number of volatile chemical compounds that form living matter, composed of a relatively small number of chemical elements (22). Biogenic elements are divided into macromolecules and micromolecules, most organic molecules are carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus and sulfur. There are 22 organs in the human body, four of which are vital (brain, lung, heart and liver). Lipids are complex organic substances that perform important functions in the human organism. Various diseases can occur due to the lack of certain lipids (fat), and in order to ensure the proper development of a large number of processes, there are special cells in the cell - cellular organelles, where specific biochemical processes take place. Proteins are natural macromolecules, which consist of a large number of amino acid residues. In this co-author's work, we give the basic characteristics of these biogens, with the "overview" of the importance and functions in the organism necessary for the life, health and quality of man
