Abstract

The large share of vehicles in environmental stress and impact on climate change. Vehicles must be produced, used and renewed in full compatibility with the principles of sustainable development. In recent decades, the automotive industry has defined the environmental characteristics of its products. The expectation that each product is environmentally acceptable requires research based on new materials. In doing so, decisive criteria are long-lasting and recyclable. During construction, each part must be visibly marked to be easy to identify, and after use, it is separated for easier recycling. Development services are testing every chance for the full use of secondary raw materials. Respecting global goals S + 3E (Raw + Energy + Ecology + Economy) is an inspiration for new technologies in petroleum processing, additives production and continuous optimization of the technical quality of vehicles and engines. This paper will show the possibilities of reducing emissions from motor vehicles, considering the possibility of recycling of engine oils, such as Win-Win technology and the saving of raw materials for production with increased added value and the required parameters of environmental quality.
