Although processes often involve activities regarding of production of products and services, all other processes in the organization have to be defined and modeled, and also involved in the structure process of the organization. The main goal of this project is to present a methodological approach of the sales process modeling, which ultimately can have more rolesdepending on the type and size of the organization, as well as on how to organize and perform the sales activity itself. In the terms of this project, a review of the historical development of sales has been made, focusing on the transformation of the sales function on the sales process, and a methodological approach to the sales process modeling in the context of the organization's business.
