Abstract

In this paper we investigate the problems of modern business modern IT-supported programs. In the modern business requirements of shareholders companies for profit in a short period of time, with the continuous progress of the company, imposed as an imperative for continuous improvement business model and continuous monitoring and application of modern solutions. In one such demanding ambience, customer relationship management (CRM, Customer Relationship Management) becomes the last decade the dominant word in discussing of enterprises management processes. It is necessary that domestic enterprises in the transition period be applied by all modern solutions and knowledge management process. Successful professional experiences of the most famous companies in the implementation of CRM business strategy point to its importance.
