Abstract

River basins, lakes, seas are special ecosystems is their vulnerability of particular importance for aquatic biota and other natural cycles. The permanent round about pollutants in the environment can be said that the surface water affected by many but not many oceans are not spared. The consequences are reflected in the poisoned water, disturbed the chemistry, the destruction of biocenoses, the impossibility of self-purification, piled up and suspended solids, deposited on the bottom of the riverbed. For the maintenance of wildlife in the water is essential and the natural balance of the chemistry community and relationships of various populations and communities. By entering pollutant balance is disruptive because microorganisms purify water or over-developed or are destroyed. The concept of sustainable development and management of water resources is essentially a process of optimum development at a given time. Experience has shown that sector thinking in the process of water management can‘t respond adequately issues.
