The green transition represents a comprehensive the global concept of moving from the exploitation of fossil fuels, coal, oil and natural gas to renewable energy sources, solar, water, wind, biomass and others. At the same time, postmodern green technologies are the cornerstone of the aforementioned strategic concept, inspired by European Union documents. The postmodern international community are characterized by effors to eliminate ecological anomalies, preserve the living environment and desing sustainable economic development of society. Concepts of green technologies represents the basis of production modeling, where the green chemistry project is of prime importance in the production of health food. The aim of the paper is to analyze the ecological situation and the possibility of applying green technologies in the function of sustainable development of the countries with reference to food safety. The paper points to a sustainable technology strategy that has consequences for climate change and primarily on the doctrine of ensuring the health care of the population. The aim of the research is to point out the need to create an adequate and flexible which can mitigate the catastrophic consequences caused by major air, water and soil pollutants. That is why it is necessary to conduct a responsible social policy not only at the national level, but also at the regional and local level. The importance of the analysis is reflected in the fact that green technological policy and climate change will intertwine many times in the coming decades in all segments of the community. The impact on the health care of the population of each country has a special dimension.
