UPRAVLJANJE KVALITETOM/ QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

More different dimension or product features contribute to the quality, the kind that is perceived by consumers, and quality control must ensure that the product or service is in compliance with superior specifications. Quality features determine the functionality, reliability and durability of the product and hedonistic supplement of product. To make the company achieving excellence and competitiveness, it must continually improve their business, which is the character of continuous improvement of quality. However, it should count with the social aspect of improving the quality of operations, and it assumes an increase in overall social welfare. Contemporary business philosophy assumes a company that is responsible to all stakeholders of macro and micro environment, which must meet the requirements of consumers, companies, partners, employees and shareholders. Such jobs concept is referred as total quality management - TQM, which is based on dedication, commitment to quality. It is specific concept of management that is focused on continuous improvement, teamwork, customer satisfaction and lower costs. TQM is a business philosophy that is created as a logical historical response of entrepreneurs to the demands posed by modern society. It is the constant improvement of the overall business, in which is incorporated technological, market, economic, organizational and ethical business goals. In this paper, we will indicate some fundamental aspects of quality (control, improvement, dimensions and quality management).
