Abstract

This paper analyzed models of solar cells and their temperature dependences with possibilities of temperature independent parameters and system preferences. Based on result analyses of temperature dependence of power and comparison with experimental and simulated results, presented is the range of accepted work temperatures in the goal of research of potential increase of energy efficiency. Angle between input solar rays and fixed module is changed throughout the day and so changes the power of input radiation.
