PRIMJENA INFORMACIJSKG SUSTAVA KVALITETE U FUNKCIJI POBOLJŠANJA PROMETOVANJA/USING OF INFORMATION SYSTEM OF QUALITY FOR THE TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

This article shows significance of information systems of quality (QIS) in modern menagement, and indicates that their use can be a significant advantage over the competition, for organization or company that is engaged in traffic. Considering the fact that the selection of the system has to be in compliance with the size of the organization and its position on the market, author is analyzing the process of planning and extent of the information system of quality. After definition of information system of quality, its relation with information management system, and development of new software which is complicated and expensive process, author consider a role of management in software development, the problem of implemented software quality control, and report of service quality.
